Minix.com.hk ships with UPS, DHL, USPS, FedEx for our deliveries.
- Free shipping on orders over $39.99.
- Orders less than $39.99 will be charged a $5.00 shipping fee.
Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship to the US.
*We cannot deliver to the following areas:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Guam
- Puerto Rico
- Armed Forces Americas
- Armed Forces Europe
- Armed Forces Pacific
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Rhode Island
Note: 1. If you want to modify the shipping address or products, please contact our customer service within 5 hours after placing the order.
2. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

Undeliverable Packages
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to MINIX as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at service@minix.com.hk to make arrangements for reshipment.
About Tax
Your order total will include the cost of the product, any applicable sales tax, and shipping fees if applicable. The final amount will be displayed on the checkout page.
In rare instances, your government may levy customs fees on orders, for which you are responsible. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office for more information on fees, duties, and taxes.
